Overview

ESC is the world’s largest cardiovascular congress — and the perfect stage for Bayer to stand apart from competitors.
The goal was to position Xarelto as a category leader, not just through product messaging, but by creating a space
that engaged, educated, and inspired.

Idea


We transformed Xarelto’s carabiner — a symbol of strength and safety
— into a personal key to the experience.

Experience


Fitted with an NFC chip, each carabiner tracked interactions, guided delegates through content, and ended
as part of a growing installation — a wall of commitments from healthcare professionals across the globe.
Every detail was designed for flow — from booth layout to content touchpoints. The journey ended with personal
opt-ins and data capture, giving Bayer not just leads, but meaningful connections for post-congress follow-up.
